Scotia Investments President & CEO Randy MacMillan recently shared leadership insights as a guest speaker for the University of Ottawa’s Certificate Program in Leading People for Results during the program’s study tour to Halifax.

MacMillan joined Cohort 9 of the program on Wednesday, February 4, at Odell House in Halifax, where he spoke with participants about his leadership journey and the practical realities of leading in complex and evolving environments. His session focused on accountability, purpose‑driven leadership, and the importance of aligning people and performance.
