On November 21, 2025, our President and CEO Randy MacMillan participated in Doane Grant Thornton’s panel discussion From Insights to Impact: Powering Progress Together.
Randy joined Tim Houston, The Honourable Premier of Nova Scotia; Joyce Carter, President and CEO of Halifax International Airport Authority; Mike Johnston, President and CEO of REDspace; and moderator Heath Moore, Regional Managing Partner for Atlantic Canada at Doane Grant Thornton. The conversation explored the power of community and how working toward a shared purpose helps everyone thrive.
The discussion highlighted the importance of collaboration, turning challenges into opportunities, and focusing on what can be controlled. Panelists emphasized taking more chances, communicating leadership boldly, and investing in people to unlock growth. Dreaming big and seizing opportunities were central themes throughout the event.
