On August 12th, Kody Blois, Member of Parliament for Kings–Hants, toured a few of our facilities in his riding, including CKF Hantsport and Minas Energy. He was joined by SIL President & CEO Randy MacMillan and VP Engineering Rob Stewart.

The visit included a warehouse tour at CKF Hantsport led by Chad MacDonald, Peter MacDonald, and Justin Patenaud, a stop at Halfway River with Stephen Marsters of Timberland Holdings, and a final tour with the Minas Energy team: Harden Wile, Kyle Woodward, and Jarrett Hennigar.

We appreciate MP Blois’s interest in our operations and welcome future visits from all levels of government.
