On August 11^th, family members and staff gathered at CKF Hantsport to celebrate the dedication of the newly named George Bishop Meeting Room. This tribute honours George Bishop, grandson of our founder R.A. Jodrey, whose lifelong commitment to community, innovation, and stewardship continues to inspire our work.

The meeting room was thoughtfully designed to reflect this legacy. Walls painted in Royal Chinet blue pay homage to CKF’s iconic product line. A plaque-mounted shovel, used by Mr. Bishop during the groundbreaking of the CKF warehouse expansion in September 2023, adds a personal and historical touch. A 3D model of the Jodrey House serves as a symbolic bridge between our company’s proud past and its promising future.

This dedication is more than a gesture. It is a celebration of the values that continue to guide the Scotia Investments Family of Companies and a reminder of the enduring impact of those who helped build it.
