CKF’s President Ian Anderson has recently confirmed his plans to transition away from his role and retire at the end of 2024. Over the last 18 years, Ian has led the company through times of notable change and challenge and together with the CKF team, many great things have been accomplished.

We are pleased to confirm that Rhonda Sanders has been chosen to lead CKF upon Ian’s retirement. Rhonda joined CKF as Director of Foodservice in September 2011.  In March 2012 Rhonda assumed full Field Sales Leadership for the Ontario and Atlantic markets, while holding overall responsibility of the Foodservice line of business as well as Foodservice National Accounts.  In February 2015 Rhonda became Acting Lead Sales Director for CKF with North American responsibility and by April of that year, she was permanently appointed as Lead Sales Director. The following year, she assumed responsibility for all of Sales and Line of Business Leaders in North America. 

In recognition of her leadership capability and contributions, Rhonda was promoted in 2020 to Vice President of North American Sales, and in April 2022, upon the retirement of Brad Dennis, Rhonda was appointed Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Rhonda is a graduate of Sheridan College with a diploma in Business Administration. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwood University, in the USA. Prior to joining CKF, Rhonda held progressively responsible sales roles at Cavendish Farms, having joined them after being with PepsiCo.
